What We Do

The Athlete Survivor Leadership & Support Network

Survivors Empowered Through Connection and Purpose

We exist to amplify the voices of survivors, honor their experiences, and support each individual on their unique path toward healing. Whether through community connection or opportunities to lead change, we walk alongside survivors.

Our goal is to offer trauma-informed tools, training, and platforms to help survivors connect and advocate for safer, more accountable systems in sport. When survivors lead, the future gets stronger and sport becomes safer for all.

The Athlete Survivor Leadership & Support Network (ASLSN)

ASLSN is a comprehensive initiative designed to support and elevate athlete survivors of abuse in sport. Through three distinct programs, the ASLSN hopes to offer immediate support and long-term opportunities for healing, leadership development, and systemic change.

Whether a survivor is seeking care, community, or a platform to drive change, our goal is to meet them where they are and support pathways to healing and growth.

Grooming in Sport

Grooming in sport occurs when a predator builds trust with an athlete in order to slowly cross boundaries, making inappropriate behavior seem normal. It’s a deliberate tactic to gain control and abuse an athlete.
